		<description><![CDATA[Great job! I particularly like the &#039;plain English&#039; version in that it is both user friendly and direct. I also completely agree with your suggestion that employees can become &#039;uber marketers&#039; - with guidance, of course. I see far too many in management that are overlooking this significant opportunity. By educating their team, they can exponentially increase their brand visibility and success. We recently released findings from a research study that documents C-suite hesitancy when it comes to social media. (www.russellherder.com/SocialMediaResearch) Hopefully thinking such as yours will help change this situation.]]></description>
